MRO - maintenance, repair and overhaul

Burwood’s excellent reputation is maintained with the assistance of our MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) Division.
Your exchange cores and repairs are handled by our experienced team who use either OEMs or workshops approved by the relevant regulatory bodies and our Quality System. We ensure that all mandatory requirements are complied with for all components passing through our MRO Division.

This requires total commitment to extensive stock holdings so that spares can be supplied immediately.

All workshops have been audited in accordance with our ISO9001:2008 procedures to examine and improve maintenance and overhaul practices, enhancing efficiency and reducing turn-around times. All spares have full traceability and are supplied with FAA Form 8130-3 and/or EASA Form 1 release certification, complying with the latest aviation industry standards.We can offers fixed prices, guaranteed turnaround times, on most exchange units.

We also successfully provide 3rd repair solutions for all rotables components through our vast network of quality repair shop partners, both in Europe and the USA all of which are FAA/EASA approved providing a minimum of 1 year warranty.

We manage these thoroughly as we know how turn times are so important. You are advised of the status throughout all stages of the repair process. This allows us to offer a vast diversity in the types of components. We can manage the repair on the smallest to the biggest, from nose to tail, and from outside to inside the aircraft!! For all the Airbus / Boeing fleets and many other aircraft types.
